Randall is a blue version of Hal, and is a member of New Custom Birds. He has blue plumage, an orange belly, yellow underparts of his eyes, and a red part of his beak. Randall is tropical, easygoing, and openminded. Randall surfs a lot and camps out for some rest for the next surf. He doesn't enjoy fighting the pigs, but he uses tropical powers.
