Phil is a high vis yellow version of Bomb, and is a member of Henry and Dashiell's Flock. He has high-vis yellow plumage, and the rest of his body parts (except for eyes) are red. Phil is angry, explosive, and fun-loving. Phil has anger issues like Henry because he wants to have fun and doesn't want anything to get in the way. He will explode with rage if it happens.
